We've confirmed that all systems are back to normal with no customer impact as of. Our logs show the incident started on and that during the 2 hours that it took to resolve the issue X% of customers experienced.

Update:
· The fix to resolve the issue has been deployed to all SU's. This issue has been verified post deployment.
· The cause of the issue has been identified to be with a change in the Notification API, which was not reflected at the Consumer end who refers this API
· Fix is applied to refer this change from the Consumer end
