Between Sunday Oct 23,2016 04:00 UTC  and Sunday Oct 23,2016 06:00 UTC, some customers may have experienced VSTS with DTL. Our DevOps team are requesting users to follow these steps.

1)Uninstall the extension

2)replace the extension with a new one from github.
