No sign off any stock at the distributors, Ingram Micro.  Plus MSDN subscribers already get Web & Blend.  Would make sense to include Design in the subscription instead of having to get Studio (with Web & Blend) just to get Design

The resellers have access to order the product now. We'd live to understand more about any issues you have on ordering so feel free to mail me (smcbreen at microsoft.com). If you have a Visual Studio Team System - Team suite subscription you get Expression Studio which also includes Expression Design and Expression Media. A standard MSDN Premium subscription only includes Web (as we assume many people are doing web development and it's a good light weight tool) and Expression Blend (to create rich WPF front end applications). Expression Design is available as a separate product as well.
