Offline Silverlight Documentation now has Index

The Silverlight 2 Offline documentation now has an index (before it only had a table of contents and search). When you open the CHM, click on the Index tab to try it out.

IMPORTANT! If you open the CHM and cannot view content, do the following to resolve the issue:
- Right-click the CHM file, and then click "Properties".
- Click "Unblock".
- Double-click the .chm file to open the file.
