3 Upcoming Gigs: AIMIA; Advertising, Marketing & Media Summit; and CEBIT WebForward

April and May are busy months for public speaking.

• On April 24th I’m speaking at Customer Experience – It’s Not Just About Usability for AIMIA in Sydney
• On May 12th I’m speaking on “Aligning your touch-points: Creating cross-technology customer experiences” at Advertising Marketing & Media Summit 2009 in Melbourne
• On May 13th I’m speaking on “User Experience Across Multiple Touch-points” at WebForward at CEBIT in Sydney

On top of that there’s WebDU and of course REMIX rapidly approaching. It’s a lot of work, but public speaking gigs are great incentives to me to keep up my reading and thinking. I hope the punters get something out of it too! :-)
