В продолжении темы интеграции SAP и SharePoint 2010 в крупных предприятиях и запуска нового продукта Duet for Enterprise.
Записал коротенькое видео – первый опыт взаимодействия с Duet for Enterprise, развернутого без дополнительной разработки. Пользователь получает доступ из SharePoint к довольно большому списку сущностей из SAP, на базе которых и с использованием возможностей SharePoint можно быстро реализовать различные сценарии – отчетность, портал самообслуживания, автоматизация процессов в SAP и совместная работа над данными из SAP.
Для более детального ознакомления с продуктом будет полезна подборка документации и видео о настройке и разработке собственных сценариев с собственными структурами данных.

Duet Enterprise 1.0 SP02 Installation Wizard (Video)
This video explains how to run the Duet Enterprise Installation Wizard. This wizard will configure most of the required configuration steps. After that data can be handed over to the SharePoint admin, so that the configuration is completed. For more details see this blog.
Prepare SharePoint Server for Duet Enterprise (Video)
This video explains the first required steps on SharePoint to get started with a Duet Enterprise installation. A new Web Application is created, certificates are created and data is collected and handed over to the SAP Admin so he/she can continue with the installation. For more details see this blog.
Install Duet Enterprise on SharePoint (Video)
This video explains more installation steps on SharePoint. After the SAP Admin has performed the configuration on the SAP-side, Business Data Connectivity models are handed over to the SharePoint admin. The SharePoint admin can then import these models, deploy solutions and finally display data coming from the SAP system. For more details see this blog.
Duet Enterprise Wizard - Behind the scenes (Video)
This video explains the steps that are performed by the Duet Enterprise configuration wizard. It shows (almost) all the steps that are performed automatically in each step by the Wizard. It highlights some of the verification steps that can be done and also shows one more time what exactly is required to get the Duet Enterprise configuration completed on the SAP side.
