DB says Congrats to the XMLP WG for getting the MTOM and XOP specs to CR.
To this I have only one reply:
"Seeing as how the DB is such a VIP, shouldn't we keep the PC on the QT? 'Cause if it leaks to the VC, he could end up an MIA, and then we'd all be put on PIP." 

DB = Don Box
VC = Venture Capitalists
PIP = Personal Improvement Program
