OSI Approves Microsoft Shared Source Licenses

On Friday, the OSI approved two of Microsoft's Shared Source licenses, saying that these licenses satisfied the 10 criteria of Open Sourciness.  As part of the approval, the community suggested we rename the licenses to better reflect their meaning, which has now happened:

Microsoft Permissive License (MS-PL) -> Microsoft Public License (MS-PL)
Microsoft Community License (MS-CL) -> Microsoft Reciprocal License (MS-RL)

The AJAX Control Toolkit has been licensed under the Microsoft Permissive License, so with this name change it's now licensed under the Microsoft Public License (which is identical), and that change will be made on CodePlex shortly.

Also note that the .NET Framework Reference Source announcement from 2 weeks ago is under the terms of the Microsoft Reference License, which we had been referring to as MS-RL.  We'll stop doing that (working on a new catchy nickname) but wanted to make a note of it in case of any confusion.
