A talk by Niall Flanagan covering the advantages of using SQL Server 2005 covering topics such as the new data types, index enhancements, stored computed columns, database mirroring, snapshots and fast recovery

Bio:

Niall is the team leader of the AIB distributed database group. His primary role is to maximise the benefit that the 300 developers can achieve from their database technology use. He is also a founding member of the SQL Server Ireland User Group.

This talk has been organised by MTUG Cork, Microsoft Technology User Group, which runs hold regular meetings for those interested in learning more about Microsoft technologies such as .NET and SQL Server.
