Goodbye Evangelist, Hello Program Manager
For the last 5 years I've been a Technical Evangelist in the Developer & Platform Evangelism Group (DPE) at Microsoft. Today is my last day as a Technical Evangelist. Starting on Monday I’m going to be a Program Manager in the AppFabric Developer Platform Group where I will… do much the same thing.
That’s right. I’ll keep doing the blog, more endpoint.tv episodes more sample code etc. What will change is that I will have a more direct influence on the next generation of WF/WCF and AppFabric.
As one of my first official duties I’ll be speaking on Windows Workflow in Azure at PDC10 which will be a lot of fun. So though I won’t have “Evangelist” in my title, you know I can’t keep my mouth shut about things I care about – I’ll still be evangelizing so stay tuned for more.
