OWC Resources
The Office Web Components consist of the Spreadsheet Component, the Chart Component, the PivotTable Component, and the Data Source Component. Each includes Excel-like functionality and user interfaces. By using Office Web Components, users can publish data to the Web and preserve much of the power and interactivity of Excel.
Office Web Components build upon the Office user experience. This means that an Office Web Component spreadsheet, chart, or PivotTable will have a very similar user interface as a desktop-based Excel spreadsheet, chart, or PivotTable. However, Office Web Components offer much more than a chart on a Web page. This fully interactive technology enables users to do sophisticated data analysis and reporting right in the browser
