ReSharper: C# Refactoring and More Tool

Even when Whidbey gives you refactoring you'll probably still want some of the other features that Resharper provides. Check it out. Josh

[Via Paschal L]

When the Java world come to the .Net world, they produce something superb as Reshaper.

ReSharper

ReSharper is an add-in for Visual Studio .NET 2003 that brings intelligent C# code editing, highlighting and refactoring features to Visual Studio. ReSharper aims to provide C# developers with the same level of power and productivity enhancements that have been available to Java developers using IntelliJ IDEA.

ReSharper is currently under development but most of features planned for the release are already implemented. Planned date of ReSharper release is June 20, 2004.

The features are quite long so visit their site to know more. You can also participate to an early program, so you can download a preview for testing.

    NNot working.

Just an error message because of 'Extensibility' while setup. And 'Class not registered, Want to disable AddIn ?' after VS2003 start.

Comment deleted for language and lack of contact information. If you have problems with resharpener you should contact the resharpener team. This is just a listing. If the uninstall seems to dissable VS, then you should probably do a repair.

Those problems were known and how to re-register the dll(s) was on their site. What a goofball.

ReSharper was released last week. 30-day eval available at their site... $99

BTW, the early access download times out 7/30... use the above link if you want to evaluate it.
