Una frase que todos debemos aplicar ;)

Leyendo el libro MICROSOFT SOLUTION FRAMEWORK ESSENTIALS (Michael S. V. Turner) ví una frase que me dío mucho que pensar, y me gustaría compartirla con vosotros "On the best teams, different indivivuals provide occasional leadership, taking charge in areas where they have particular strengths. No one is the permanent leader, because that person would then cease to be a peer and the team interaction would begin to break down. The structure of the team is a network, not a hierarchy. " En resumen, en un buen equipo no existe un líder único, si no que todos y cada uno de los miembros del equipo lo serán en un determinado momento.
