Viewing reports and scorecards on Apple iPad devices (SharePoint Server 2010)
With the recent Cumulative update for Sharepoint Server (CU 2011-12), Microsoft now enables organizations to view certain kinds of reports and scorecards on Apple iPad devices that use the iOS5 Safari browser. This article describes what business intelligence content users can view on iPad, how to configure reports and scorecards to be displayed correctly, and how to navigate business intelligence content on iPad.
In addition, iPad users must be able to connect to SharePoint Server, and iPad devices must be running the iOS 5 Safari browser.
Not all reports and scorecards will appear correctly on iPad devices. Limited testing was performed to support displaying dashboard content on iPad devices. However, SharePoint Server 2010 is not fully supported for viewing on Apple iPad devices.
