Gold & Cert partners should be able to get their hands on it now via MSDN and Technet and the public downloads will be available on 5th May.

My personal experience of running the beta now for several weeks have been extremely good. There is a significant difference for me in usability and just so great tweaks that make a big difference – like the new toolbar and jumplists, two of my favourites. Plus “(Windows Key)+P” is just great for connecting to and from projectors and/or desk monitors.
