Operations Management Suite Custom Log fields

Since the release of Custom Fields, we’ve had an increased demand to enable Custom Logs to be collected from the environments sending data to OMS. We’re excited to announce Custom Logs as a public preview feature for OMS. Check out the video below to see how easy it is to onboard your Custom Log to OMS!

    That is very cool feature! I've added couple text logs to my OMS Workspace and it works just fine except on issue - it looks like that after the log file become too big (>500K?) OMS can't collect any new data. What is an expected user scenario for you, Evan? Are you going to fix that later and support bigger files or you want users to limit log size and create new log file?Thank you!

    I have been unable to get this to work on linux. I suspect there is more to this tutorial than meets the eye. I noticed the cut-scene going for designing the custom logs to the search screen where it was already filled in. I think there is something either missing or that there is a wait period before it shows up. My Adapter_CL yields 0 results.

    This is great! I've upgraded my Linux OMS agents and the setup of the custom log was really easy. It works perfectly! Congratulations, guys! This is a very much awaited feature!

    Great feature!!!Just one doubt. Which locations can OMS use as collection paths? Can it be a shared folder? Is it only a local folder in our local workstation / server, or is in any server whith agent installed?Regards
