The iCup cometh (sometime soon)...
While I was waiting for Vista and Office 2007 to install and for 148th to stop being packed with traffic I decided to go make myself a cup of coffee (since the Starbucks in the Cafe had already closed) - I spotted the following right next to the existing coffee maker) - looks like the Starbucks iCup is coming to our building "real soon" !
Next step is to re-install all the favorite tools - Visual Studio 2005, Visual Studio 2005 SP1, MSDN Documentation, Windows Embedded CE 6.0, Windows XP Embedded SP2 Feature Pack 2007, Virtual PC, blogging tools etc...
Don't you just love paving machines and then reinstalling everything ?

Hello Mike, Could you please let me know the hardware composition of your PC, if possible? I am interested in the performance of your PC that you usually use because I am considering the purchase of new PC for private. And, I would like to refer to buy my private PC :-). Speaking of waiting around for things to install, has anyone done any benchmarking on building a CE OS in PB5.0 vs. VS2005? I’m experiencing about a 2x sysgen delta between 5.0 & 6.0. A build on a good sized OS in PB5.0 (the release .bin about 12.3 MB) took about 7 minutes. Where a smaller OS in VS2005 (the release .bin about 6.7 MB) took about 14 minutes. Has anyone else experienced this? LarryAnonymous
