MEDC 2007: Call for Papers!

The MEDC 2007 Call for Papers is now live! (I can't believe this has come around so quickly).

Sessions for this year fall into the following categories:

  • Building Embedded Devices
  • Application Development
  • Managing Windows Mobile Devices
  • Business Market Opportunity and Partners
  • Enterprise Application Architecture
Important Dates   
Proposals Due December 8th 2006
Final Session Selection December 19th 2006
Draft PPT Deck Due February 16th 2007
Speaker Training & Dry Run March 19th 2007
Final PPT Deck Due  April 20th 2007
Speaker Onsite Training  April 29th to May 2nd 2007
Microsoft MEDC 2007, The Venetian Las Vegas April 30th to May 3rd 2007

 

Content should focus on Windows Embedded CE 6.0 (there's a seperate track for Windows Mobile content), Windows XP Embedded SP2 Feature Pack 2007, Windows Embedded for Point of Service (WEPOS), and .NET MicroFramework.

So, get started with your session titles and abstracts and submit your sessions on the MEDC 2007 Call for Papers site (yes, even if you are Microsoft people you still need to use the site to submit your sessions).

    The MEDC 2007 call for papers is now out - this gives speakers or potential speakers the chance to submit

    Is there another MEDC Europe planned for next year? If yes, what is the venue and date?

    Yes, we're in planning for MEDC 2007 right now - locations and dates have not been finalized yet - I will post more to the blog when plans get finalized.
