UK Premier Messaging Workshop and SoundBytes

The team that I work for in the UK is responsible for providing Microsoft Premier customers with proactive services and two of the services that we offer are Workshops and SoundBytes.

Workshops are normally delivered at Microsoft's offices in Reading, but we can also deliver them in Edinburgh, Manchester and at your offices, workshops tend to run for either one or two days and comprise of both instructor led content and hands on labs.

SoundBytes are delivered via Livemeeting and run for approximately one hour, and give you time to ask the presenter questions at the end.
