近々 Microsoft Intune のメンテナンス が ”複数回にわたり” 予定されておりますので、ご案内いたします。

概要
次に記載するMicrosoft Intune のメンテナンス が 合計 4回にわたり予定されておりますので、ご案内いたします。
特に 日本時間の 5月 1日 から 5月 12日 (※) に予定されている 4 回目のメンテナンス 期間中は、以下の作業が行えない場合がありますのでご注意ください。
管理者が接続する管理画面ならびにユーザーが接続する”会社のポータル”画面への接続が行えません
新しいデバイスの登録が出来ません(Windows , モバイルデバイス共に)
(※) メンテナンス時間はサーバーごとに約 15 時間を予定しています。詳細は "各サーバーのメンテナンス スケジュール" を参照ください。
それ以外のメンテナンスでは、明確な機能制限は予定されておりませんが、一時的に管理画面への接続に失敗する、または接続が遅いなどの状態が続く可能性がございます。
ご利用の皆様にはご迷惑をおかけすることになり恐縮ですが、メンテナンス期間中は予期せぬ問題を防ぐために Microsoft Intune での作業を控えていただくことをご検討ください。
メンテナンス予定時刻の確認方法
ご自身の Microsoft Intune が稼働しているサーバー名とメンテナンス予定時刻につきましては、管理コンソール (https://manage.microsoft.com) の 管理者> 概要 > サービス状態の表示 より確認ができます。
"This account is in service instance" >> ご利用いただいているサービスの稼働サーバー名
"Scheduled Maintenance Notification" >> メンテナンス予定時刻 (UTC 表記です。日本時間の場合 + 9 時間となります)

現時点 (2015/4/2 15:00) のメンテナンス スケジュールを転記します。

Microsoft Intune メンテナンスにおける Q&A
Q1. 今回のアップデートはクライアントへの影響はありますか？
A1. クライアント コンポーネントの更新によって、再起動が発生する可能性がございます。
再起動が必要な場合には、クライアント側に、以下のようなバルーン通知が表示されます。
上記バルーンをクリックすると、再起動を実施するか否かの選択をユーザーが行う事が可能です。
