MOM gets Ladybug! (or - how to report bugs and request features in MOM)

As reported by Larry Duncan and Rod Trent, the MOM team are one of the first to adopt the great work that MSDN have done on Product Feedback Center, aka "Ladybug". This site lets Microsoft "close the loop" on bug reporting and product suggestions. You can either start at the Product Feedback Center home page, or go straight to a search for MOM bug reports.

Now you can track responses to your bugs and suggestions, comment or vote on reports from other users, and know that you're making a difference - because the data gets submitted straight to our bug databases! After all, do you really think it's a coincidence that edit-and-continue was the #1 voted-on request for Visual C#, and suddenly they announced it was going to be in the next beta? :-)

Oh, and they also released the MOM 2000 management pack for Windows Server Clusters, and added a feature overview to the MOM 2005 Operations Guide. The operations guide will be updated with new chapters as they become available, so it's probably worth bookmarking that page.

Any plans to allow RSS subscriptions to certain product or bug classes? This would make it easier to, at the very least, vote on bugs as they came in instead of having to visit on a daily basis :)

Of course - one of the products tracked in Ladybug is Ladybug itself :-) Doing a quick search for "RSS" throws up five suggestions, including this one:
