A couple of announcements from local user groups:

  • The Pacific Northwest local interest group of the IT Service Management Forum will be meeting at Microsoft on October 26th. The meeting will run from 2:30pm - 6pm, and space is limited to the first 75 attendees to RSVP to pnwitsmf@hotmail.com.
  • Greg Ramsey and Warren Byle have started an Ohio SMS Users Group, and their first meeting will be on the evening of November 4th in Columbus. More details at myITforum.
