Unable to get Product Key for Windows Vista Ultimate SP1 Promotional Software Kit – Registration Expired June 2009

UPDATE:  February 9th, 2010

I am still getting emails asking how to get keys.  Folks, this promotion expired June 2009, the keys are NO LONGER available.  There is no way to get a key anymore. 

   

Many of you have emailed me about being unable to get a product key for the Windows Vista SP1 giveaway last year. We had extended the registration for the key, (see my blog post UPDATE!!! Windows Vista Ultimate SP1 Promotional Software Kit Expiration Extension!!!!) from December 31st 2008 to June 2009.

Unfortunately that extended period has now expired, so if you didn’t register by June 2009, you will no longer be able to get a key.

  Unfortunately there is no longer any way to get a product key with the PIN code, as everyone is finding out the website is shutdown and will not be reactivated.

  I registered with the pin I had and even got the product key. But now I have reinstalled Vista (after formatting). I am unable to get the product key. In a great mess. Please help........!!

  Hi, I'm also supprised here. Until now, I had a PC running and did not take the time to install or even open the kit. It was in a safe place "for later use". Today, I try to install and I see I should visit a web site that ... does not exist anymore. Any way to receive an activation key in exchange for my PIN code ?
