Windows 7 Launch Party @ Microsoft

I know its been a long time i blogged, After returning from Vacation, things were pretty tight and was really busy with Windows 7 and Server 2008 R2 launch and Post launch it was all about Partner and Customer demonstration and presentation on Windows 7 and Server 2008 R2.

Windows 7 launch was phenomenal, Launch parties were hosted all the Microsoft offices across the world. We at Microsoft always believe in Working hard and party Harder to celebrate our success and achievements.. We partied really hard and enjoyed the success of a great release after all hard work entire Microsoft has put in the designing, development and testing, evangelizing and demonstrating Windows 7.

Enthusiastic employees at our Hyderabad campus celebrated the Win 7 launch with a special demo of dominoes. About 7000 chips were used to unveil a Windows 7 logo and a tower stack in the middle of atrium at Building 3. It was a sight not to be missed – hundreds of employees applauding from different floors, stairs and lobbies as the dominoes chips fell in order.
Kudos to the team who toiled really hard to make it possible! See the Video below:

With Windows 7 now available in stores around the world, Customers waited in line for several hours to be the first ones to grab Windows 7 copies..

We all Microsoft Employees also celebrated Launch parties @ home with our friends and family.

And some of us including ME were lucky enough to get Signature edition of Windows 7 Ultimate Copy signed by Microsoft CEO Steve B :)

It was a great journey from Windows 7 Beta to RC and then to RTM and Final Launch.

Windows 7 is recieved with warm heartedly by Enterprises, business and consumers around the world, they just cant stop talking about Windows 7 and how amazing it is to see People are saying such amazing things about Windows 7

And we just received great news “Windows 7 sales exceed Vista sales by 234%” It was just a few short weeks ago that we learned about Windows 7 outselling the UK's "own" Harry Potter.

Its amazing to see such enthusiasm around Windows 7 among people around the world, its a great operating system which helps you to work the way you want, makes life easier and safeguard your work. If you are still not on Windows 7 please walk in any of the PC store and grab copy of Windows 7 today.
