A busy week...
Lots o' Home Server buzz coming out of WinHEC.... the demo booth was packed, Charlie's session was a hit, and press coverage continues to roll in.
Mark Hachman at PC Magazine was in LA with us and wrote a good piece about how partners are rallying around Home Server, called "Will Windows Home Server be the next 'Me Too' market?"
David DeJean's article in InformationWeek is titled "What's Hot from WinHEC: Windows Home Server" An excerpt:
"Back ups of every PC in the house? I need that. Restore my PC after a disk crash. I need that, too. Better, more secure, file sharing, even remotely. I want it. I want it all. And I suspect I'm just one of 40 million."
There's a good show floor video interview with Steve VanRoekel here. He heads the product management and marketing team.
Also - a detailed Home Server review by David Flynn of Australia's APC mag here. Good weekend!
