DSC00214 Today Microsoft Australia in partnership with NICTA hosted its first ever Voices for Innovation Forum, focusing on open innovation and the digital economy. The Forum was moderated by Dr Bob Williamson (Scientific Director, NICTA), and included panellists: Dr Phil Robertson (Chief Operating Officer, NICTA); Dr Mary O’Kane (NSW Chief Scientist); Greg Stone, (Chief Technology Officer, Microsoft); Ian Birks (CEO, Australian Information Industry Association); John Tucker (CEO, Standards Australia); Dr Victor Rodrigues (Cochlear); and Professor Albert Zomaya (University of Sydney).

Voices for Innovation is a network of tech professionals, business leaders, and academics dedicated to supporting public policies that promote choice, innovation, and economic growth in the technology industry.
