My first MSDN blog!

I always want to have a blog on MSDN and finally the day has come, when I created Blog on MSDN.

This is my attempt to write something, after close to two and half years at Microsoft. If in some way this might help other developers like me who want to get things done quickly just by reading or following few steps instead of going through the huge documentations Smile

Little bit About Me:

My name is Goutham Upadhyaya and I work as a Partner Technical Consultant here at Microsoft. I have 6+ years of IT experience and been with Satyam and Wipro Technologies before joining Microsoft. My role involves guiding partners in adopting and implementing latest Microsoft technologies. I'm passionate about Microsoft technologies and work on .NET Framework including Silverlight and ASP.Net. I also work on emerging technologies like Windows Phone Platform, Web Matrix, WPF, RIA Services, Entity Framework and LINQ and needless to say, Windows 8 application development Smile

On a personal front I like traveling and spending time with friends and family. I love going on long drives and also off late, started with new hobby of photography Smile

This blog will be all about My Experience, Exertion and Efforts in Microsoft Technologies. Primarily I will be writing on WPF, Silverlight, Windows Phone and Windows 8 related stuff.

To start with https://www.buildwindows.com/ is something whole developer community is waiting for in terms of all latest and greatest technologies that are in pipelines like Windows 8, Windows Azure, Windows Phone 8, Windows Server 2012, Visual Studio 2012 and Xbox. If you can’t make it then Keep calm and watch online via Channel 9. So, all excited and waiting for the big day!

Finally want to thank my all colleagues and friends who always inspired, motivated me to write. I don’t want to take names as I might end up writing a page of names. Thanks for stopping by!

Cheers

Goutham
