Anatomy of a SaaS application

Many of us have seen or used software delivered as a service, but the majority has never looked inside such applications. In this session, we will be looking at the "guts" of a SaaS solution. Specific implementation details of a multi-tenant data model will be presented; an in depth explanation of the metadata service allowing per tenant customization will be offered as well as the explicit techniques used to allow multiple UIs in a single instance environment will be shown. In other words, the full anatomy of a SaaS solution will be explained to the audience.
