Non Plug-and-Play Properties Do Not Display Correctly

When you open a non Plug-and-Play driver's properties in Device Manager, the driver property page may look different from what you see in XP Pro.

This is because the following registry is missing-

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class\{8ECC055D-047F-11D1-A537-0000F8753ED1}
EnumPropPages32 REG_SZ SysSetup.dll,LegacyDriverPropPageProvider

This is added by the legcydrv.inf file, which is owned by the “Device: LegacyDriver" component. If you wish the driver property page to look the same as it would in XP Pro, you will have to add this component manually as no other component has a dependency on it. If you do not want to rebuild the image, you can instead add the registry key listed above to the runtime itself.
