This morning I was recorded on video as I gave a presentation on Smart Client architecture. Gripping stuff I’m sure you’ll agree and a surefire contender for next years Oscars (category: Best delivery of a PowerPoint presentation on Smart Client architecture by an English bloke). The recording took place at Microsoft’s video studios on campus here in Redmond and it was quite an experience. Of course I won’t know whether they succeeded in making me look like a young George Clooney until all of the special effects have been put in.

Must go and prepare my acceptance speech - If you need me, I’ll be in my trailer…

    Where the recorded video is going to be available? .Net Show!? MSDN TV? Can you post the link, so we, blog readers, can take a look at it?

    I am not sure where and when the video will be available online. I will post the location when it goes live...

    I did a web cast the week before last, along with a colleague of mine Brenton Webster. We covered some of the design and architectural issues for Smart Clients, including how to implement offline support.
