Windows Vista SP1 anyone?

Well it took its time, but it's here now.  Windows Vista Service Pack 1 (SP1) Released To Manufacture (RTM) last Monday (4th February).  It's now available everywhere except Microsoft Update.

You can download it from TechNet, MSDN, Licensing or Connect (you'll need a login to the last two).

There are still a few driver related issues with the install process, that could leave a few PCs needing a reinstall of a driver.  For this reason we're delaying its release onto Microsoft Update until we can get the "rouge" drivers replaced with good ones before the Service Pack installs (we don't want customers having a bad experience).

    Hello, of course I came to visit your site and thanks for letting me know about it. I just read this post and wanted to say it is full of number one resources. Some I am familiar with. For those who don’t know these other sites they are in for a treat as there is a lot to learn there.
