Traveling and Software Factories
I know – there’s been a distinct lack of blogging recently, my excuses are that I’ve been in Seattle twice in the last month or so and have been catching up with all my customer work as a result.
For the first time in ages I’ve managed to get out from under BizTalk and spend some time with other technology, I’ve been doing a fair bit with Whidbey and the associated Team System bits and I know it’s sad – but it’s refreshing to be able to do live debugging for once (For the BizTalk people amongst you – you know what I mean!)
I’ve also been engrossed in some other (very interesting) technology which is NDA right now but hoping this will change real soon, In the meantime pick up a copy of the Software Factories book – It’s one of the best technical books I’ve read in a long while and offers a fascinating view into the future of Software Development and Domain Specific Languages.
