There is a VSTS documentation update here which provides a pre-release form of the VSTS specific documentation (Tech Refresh just came with the standard Whidbey Beta 1 documentation)

This documentation contains a number of walkthroughs which is a great way to learn how to use the VSTS features – you’ll also need to download the base projects from here
