DTM Controller must be in the System pool

One thing that has thrown me for a loop more than once is the fact that you see the DTM controller in Studio's Job Monitor UI.  In order to work properly, the controller must be in the System pool.  DTM setup puts it in the System pool automatically, well, most of the time it does.  This is what threw me for a loop yesterday.  I installed the latest IDW candidate on my system, installed Studio then tried to create a machine pool.  I got an error that said, no job delivery agen had been selected.  The Job Delivery Agent drop down box had only one item in it, "select a router."  It turns out that setup was not able to move the controller into the system pool.  I don't know why yet.  Without the controller in the system pool the DTM was not able to schedule jobs.  I moved the controller into the system pool manually, the controller showed up in the Job Delivery Agent drop down list and every thing worked perfectly from there forward.
