Availability Management Pack 5.0.5000.0000 has released to the Web

The re-released Availability Management Pack has now released to the Web https://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=8a61d369-b785-4550-bde8-84e734ec5e40&DisplayLang=en
