WCF and Visual Studio - Together at last!
I'm pleased to announce that just now I was able to use the Visual Studio tools for WCF (AKA Windows Communication Foundation, AKA Indigo) to add a service reference to a WCF service in the same solution as my client.
Of course you can do this using Visual Studio 2005 and the Indigo Beta2 CTP, but this is a sneak peak at an early version of Visual Studio v(N+1).
The "Go" button pings the URL you type in, and displays any services at it while the "Find" button searchs the entire solution for service projects, and displays those. The UI is pretty austere for now; we will make it prettier as we add features.

Obviously all the talented UI designers are busy with WPF? :)
Sorry but that is an UGLY dialog. I'm excited about WCF too but please make it prettier. It matters, really.
