Microsoft Employees win in ComputerWeekly.com Blog Awards 2008

Computer Weekly has recently announced the winners of their Computer Weekly Blog Awards 2009.  Microsoft Employees secured the winning position in four out of the ten categories, and 2nd place in two categories.

Quoting Computer Weekly: "From over 300 nominations submitted by Computer Weekly readers, our judging panel drew up ten shortlists of the best IT blogs across a range of categories.".

Computer Weekly goes on to provide a special mention, "First mention must go to Steve Clayton, whose blog, Geek in Disguise, having won first place in the company blogs category by popular vote, was also named as the 'Best of the Best' by our judges, who selected it as the overall winner of this year's awards. The judges were impressed with both the loyalty of Steve's readers - many of whom sent in praise for the blog alongside their nominations and votes - and with Steve's informative and educational content, good use of the online medium, strong personal 'voice' and the threads of fun stuff woven in among the more serious topics covered.
