Excel 2007 - A dream comes true!
For a while now I had this dream of enabling more women to take bigger roles in technology, since there are so few of us. Part of my dream finally came true, but with a lot of work and the work still continues.
As a side project I have been working with Wiley on a really cool idea. A series of books called IT Girl’s Guides. I have the honor of writing the first one titled: “IT Girl’s Guide to Becoming an Excel Diva.” As I progress I will share snippets from the chapters, but to read the whole think you will have to buy the book. It’s a way to tie makeup, facials and shopping to Excel 2007 and much much more.
I also hope to encourage more and more women to use Excel 2007 as a daily tool to better their life and buy back time from their busy days to spend more time on things they enjoy. Plus more women in technology would be a great outcome too!
