Funzione WsDumpMemory
Questa funzione esegue il dump di tutte le allocazioni di memoria nella console.
Nota
Questa funzione è solo per DEBUG.

Se questa funzione ha esito positivo, restituisce S_OK. In caso contrario, restituisce un codice di errore HRESULT .
