Modelli sudoers per l'elevazione dei privilegi nel monitoraggio UNIX/Linux
Un monitoraggio efficace dei sistemi operativi UNIX o Linux richiede alcune autorizzazioni elevate nel sistema client per le attività di monitoraggio e manutenzione. In questo articolo sono disponibili modelli di configurazione sudoers per l'operabilità di base.
Introduzione
Per usare account abilitati per sudo per il monitoraggio con Operations Manager, le configurazioni devono essere inserite per autorizzare l'elevazione dei privilegi per gli account RunAs usando sudo. I requisiti generali per gli account usati da Operations Manager con elevazione sudo sono:
- Gli account devono avere RequireTTY disabilitato come parametro predefinito.
- Gli account devono essere configurati per eseguire l'elevazione con NOPASSWD.
- Gli account devono avere la "lezione" che in genere viene visualizzata durante l'accesso e quando si eleva l'uso di sudo, disabilitato.
I modelli forniti specificano i comandi che consentono agli account RunAs configurati di eseguire attività che richiedono autorizzazioni elevate, ad esempio:
- Installazione dell'agente
- Aggiornamento dell'agente
- Disinstallazione dell'agente
- Log del sistema di monitoraggio
- Riavvio dei servizi agente
- Facilitare la creazione di certificati di autenticazione

Uso dei modelli
Selezionare il modello appropriato per il sistema operativo e sostituire gli account di esempio con i nomi utente dell'account RunAs, includere altre personalizzazioni dell'organizzazione, se necessario.
In ogni modello sono definiti due account e viene eseguito il mapping agli account RunAs standard come:

Dopo l'aggiornamento con i nomi utente corretti e le eventuali modifiche aggiuntive, il modello deve essere aggiunto alla configurazione sudoers del sistema client. Esistono in genere due modi per aggiungere configurazioni sudo, modificando direttamente il /etc/sudoers file o /etc/sudo.conf (a seconda del sistema operativo) o aggiungendo un file "drop in" in /etc/sudoers.d (ad esempio /etc/sudoers.d/scom). Altri comandi
Quando si usa il metodo ExecuteShellScript per eseguire script con privilegi elevati, aggiungere la riga seguente al file sudoers per l'utente:
scomuser ALL=(root) NOPASSWD: /etc/opt/microsoft/scx/conf/tmpdir/scx*
Questa riga è necessaria perché il metodo ExecuteShellScript copia il contenuto dello script con privilegi elevati in un file temporaneo con un nome file generato in modo casuale in tmpdir ed eseguirlo da questa posizione.
Quando si usa il metodo ExecuteShellCommand per eseguire comandi con privilegi elevati, aggiungere un codice simile al seguente nel file sudoers:
/bin/shè la shell predefinita dell'utente che esegue il comando e (in questo esempio)./usr/bin/vmstat -cè il comando che si vuole eseguire.
scomuser ALL=(root) NOPASSWD: /bin/sh -c /usr/bin/vmstat -c
Non ci devono essere virgolette intorno al comando perché solo la shell li riconosce, sudo non lo fa.
Risoluzione dei problemi
Log degli errori sudo
Uno dei modi migliori per risolvere gli errori di autenticazione correlati alle configurazioni sudoers può essere controllare il log sudo nell'host dell'agente.
- Per i sistemi operativi basati su RedHat, il percorso del log predefinito è
/var/log/secure. - Per i sistemi operativi basati su Debian, il percorso del log predefinito è
/var/log/auth.log.
Controllare la presenza del /etc/sudoers logfile parametro nel file per verificare la posizione in cui è in corso la scrittura del log se si usa un sistema operativo diverso o un percorso di log personalizzato.
Richieste e timeout delle password
Per impostazione predefinita, sudo richiede una password se un comando non è configurato con NOPASSWD per l'utente, non è disponibile alcuna funzionalità per l'input automatico delle password quando richiesto in questo modo e interrompe il monitoraggio. Per evitare problemi estesi se NOPASSWD non è configurato per un comando, è consigliabile configurare l'opzione seguente in sudoers per l'account utente:
Defaults:scomuser passwd_tries = 1, passwd_timeout = 1
In questo esempio viene impostato un timeout del prompt delle password di un minuto per l'utente scomuser, che consente al comando di non riuscire rapidamente se esiste un problema di configurazione sudo.
