Contenuto locale SharePoint non viene visualizzato nei risultati di ricerca di SharePoint Online

Sintomi

Consideriamo il seguente scenario,

  • È possibile configurare la ricerca ibrida in entrata per restituire risultati in SharePoint Online da un ambiente locale Microsoft SharePoint.

  • Quando un utente esegue una query di ricerca da un sito SharePoint Online, vengono visualizzati solo i risultati dei siti SharePoint Online. Nessun risultato viene restituito da SharePoint in locale o l'utente riceve anche il seguente messaggio di errore:

    Si è verificato un errore. (La ricerca ha riscontrato un problema che impedisce la restituzione dei risultati. Se il problema persiste, contattare l'amministratore)

  • Un amministratore modifica la regola di query associata alle origini dei risultati in SharePoint Online. Quindi, l'amministratore apre Query Builder dal blocco dei risultati. Tuttavia, viene generato il seguente errore:

Soluzione alternativa

Per risolvere il problema, modificare il provider di identità locale di SharePoint in modo che funzioni con SharePoint Online. A tale scopo, eseguire il cmdlet seguente nella farm di SharePoint locale:

$config = Get-SPSecurityTokenServiceConfig  
$config.AuthenticationPipelineClaimMappingRules.AddIdentityProviderNameMappingRule("OrgId Rule", Microsoft.SharePoint.Administration.Claims.SPIdentityProviderTypes]::Forms, "membership", "urn:federation:microsoftonline")  
$config.Update()
