endpoint
Type: System.ServiceModel.Description.ServiceEndpoint
The endpoint that exposes the contract.

endpointDispatcher
Type: System.ServiceModel.Dispatcher.EndpointDispatcher
The endpoint dispatcher to which the behavior is applied.

This method is used to configure dispatch behavior on a service and so is not implemented in Silverlight 5.
