WHCKProximityTest- GetNextTransInputBuffer

This automated test determines whether the implementation correctly handles a situation in which the IOCTL_NFP_GET_NEXT_TRANSMITTED_MESSAGE message is sent and an input buffer is used in the DeviceIoControl call.
