IIsdbComponentGroupDescriptor::GetRecordTotalBitRate method (dvbsiparser.h)

Gets the total bit rate from a component within a component group in an Integrated Services Digital Broadcasting (ISDB) component group descriptor.
Syntax
HRESULT GetRecordTotalBitRate(
[in] BYTE bRecordIndex,
[out] BYTE *pbVal
);
Parameters
[in] bRecordIndex
Specifies the component group record number, indexed from zero. Call the IIsdbComponentGroupDescriptor::GetCountOfRecords method to get the number of records in the extended event descriptor.
[out] pbVal
Receives the total bit rate for the component, in units of 250 Kbps.
Return value
If this method succeeds, it returns S_OK. Otherwise, it returns an HRESULT error code.
