IConfigAsfWriter2 interface (dshowasf.h)
[The feature associated with this page, DirectShow, is a legacy feature. It has been superseded by MediaPlayer, IMFMediaEngine, and Audio/Video Capture in Media Foundation. Those features have been optimized for Windows 10 and Windows 11. The IConfigAsfWriter2 interface extends the IConfigAsfWriter interface, which configures the WM ASF Writer filter. The IConfigAsfWriter2 interface provides additional methods to support the capabilities introduced in the Windows Media Format 9 Series SDK, such as two-pass encoding and support for interlaced output.
