ISCTE_EAS::GetStartTime method (atscpsipparser.h)

The GetStartTime method returns the starting time of the alert.
Syntax
HRESULT GetStartTime(
[out] DWORD *pdwVal
);
Parameters
[out] pdwVal
Receives the event_start_time field.
Return value
The method returns an HRESULT. Possible values include, but are not limited to, those in the following table.
