NavBar.hideCommands method

[NavBar is no longer available for use as of Windows Library for JavaScript (WinJS) 4.2. Instead, use SplitViewCommand. ]

Hides the specified commands of the NavBar.

Syntax

navBar.hideCommands(commands, immediate);

Parameters

  • commands
    Type: Array

    The commands to hide. The array elements can be NavBarCommand objects, or command ID strings.

  • immediate
    Type: Boolean

    The parameter immediate is not supported and may be altered or unavailable in the future.

    true to hide the commands immediately, without animating them; otherwise, false.

Return value

This method does not return a value.
