Parameters

• dwLength
  Type: System.UInt32

  The length of the banner.

• pColorAttr
  Type: array<System.UInt32[]

  [out] A ULONG array of color attributes.

Return Value

Type: System.Int32
If the method succeeds, it returns S_OK. If it fails, it returns an error code.
