NullableOperators.( ?=? )<'T> Function (F#)

The = operator where a nullable value appears on both left and right sides.

// Signature:
( ?=? ) : Nullable<'T> -> Nullable<'T> -> bool when 'T : equality and 'T : (new : unit ->  'T) and 'T : struct and 'T :> ValueType

// Usage:
 nullableValue1 ?=? nullableValue2

Parameters

  • nullableValue1
    Type: Nullable<'T>

    The first input value, as a nullable value.

  • nullableValue2
    Type: Nullable<'T>

    The second input value, as a nullable value.

Return Value

True if the input values are numerically equal.

Remarks

If either of the values is null, the result is false. Even if both sides are null, the result is false.
