NodeShape.LayoutObjectFixedFlags Property
Gets or sets the flags that determine whether a shape inside the graph is fixed to its position on the diagram.
This API is not CLS-compliant.

Remarks
When a shape is fixed to the diagram, the shape can only be moved manually by the user.
